Important Patient Merger Update

Dear Patients,

Please be advised that on Friday 14 May we start merging our clinical systems with Modality East Surrey Medical Practice.

As a result, we will only be able to deal with EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS on this day. Routine appointments and non-urgent requests will be limited until normal service resumes.
